Both our ‘How to Claim’ link on our website and the Policy Wording state that you may need ‘itemised repair invoices/receipts/other documents’. Can you please advise whether you are referring to another part of the site or Policy Wording where this was not sufficiently clear? We will happily review any part of our site or sales material. Thank you for your feedback. The Promotional Code is in a cookie that is deleted when a quote is saved and you didn’t purchase from the saved quote. It looks like you may have clicked back and generated a new quote. Not to worry, we have applied this for you now and applied a 10% refund to the card you used during purchase.
