Thanks for your feedback. We are trying to move away from using as much plastic and therefore introduced our little brown seed bags which we have received great reviews on. The shanks of the drill bits are steel so will not bend unless forced, and with the bubble wrap in the external bag or box, depending on what items you have ordered, we feel the packaging should be sufficient enough to protect all items.
