Hi Paul, I'd like to apologise on behalf of EpicEasy for letting you down on this occasion. Anything below the best is unacceptable for us. Since your review we have made a number of changes to our returns process which helps to avoid issues like this from happening again. However this doesn't solve the problem that you are now without the product! Although we don't have any brand new Samsung Gear Fit 2 watches in stock I can see we do have an open box model that is in an excellent condition. Would you be interested in this at a discounted rate? If so give me a shout and I'll be happy to help.
