I was kept on hold for 20 minutes. Whilst getting bored of this I went on line and did a live chat to be informed that their phones were not working and someone would call me back which they duly...

I Really am sorry to hear of the problems experienced during the booking process. I fully appreciate how frustrating this must have been but am glad that our staff were eventually able to assist.
