V easy booking although I had to wait about 10 minutes to speak to someone. Once I’d got through it was seamless and she answered all my questions.

Having had a quick look at your booking, I can see that there are two supplements showing on your invoice in relation to your accommodation.
The first is an under occupancy fee which has been charged based on the number of people staying in your room. If a room is not at its full capacity then an under occupancy fee is charged to make up the difference.
A second supplement was also charged based on the facilities in your room. As your room has a balcony it holds an additional charge.
I hope this answers your concerns and I apologise that a member of our team wasn't able to explain this to you over the phone.
