Hi, thank you for your order and apologies for the delay and any inconvenience caused. At the time of ordering, we did not have 1 of the items in stock and as the order was for Northern Ireland we could not split the delivery due to cost. My colleagues inform me they did try to call but were unable to get through.

No 3.1 cert even though advised no problem
Although a certain member of staff has tried really hard to get this cert she has been unable to obtain it as we were promised.

Hi Mark, thank you for your review and sincere apologies for the delay with the cert for the rods and the inconvenience this has caused. Lincoln issue a 2.2 cert as standard with the rods which is the American standard as the rods are made in the US. Lincoln can provide a 3.1 cert but need to open a batch and test in order to then provide this type of cert at a further cost and lead time and with other factors such as Lincoln summer close down, added to a further delay.

Hi, thank you for your review and sorry to hear the PAPR you purchased from us is not working after 2 months of use. This is the correct cause of action for products such as this, they're either repaired or replaced by the manufacturer during the warranty period and of course we support and advise throughout this whole process. I understand the PAPR unit is being sent back to us and we'll inspect the fault on receipt of this and be back in touch ASAP.
