Cheap and tacky.
Cheap and tacky, not worth the money I paid for it, this was a gift and was really not impressed would not recommend. I got a better one from timpsons and was cheaper too!!

The Matt Black Tankard is a rather unusual finish for such a piece and we understand it would not be to everyone's taste, though some of our customers absolutely love it. We also regularly monitor our prices against high street retailers and feel that we are extremely competitive, especially taking into account our free engraving service.

Having told me which day you would deliver, it actually took one day longer, - so I had to wait about for delivery on two days. I presume that might have been because of Christmas demand, but still...
