If a rating of "average" were available I would utilize it. Encounters needs to return emails & questions in a more timely matter & do a better job of informing those going on, the daily agenda....
William Maddicott who assisted me with most of the book was awesome. He delivered an outstanding service but unfortunately, he is no longer with the company. However, Anthony is awesome too!
