Thank you for taking the time to get back to us with your post-tour feedback, this is very much appreciated. I'm pleased to hear that you were happy with the service provided in Egypt and that you found the service provided by our guides 'amazing', that's exactly the type of feedback we are aiming for. I am sorry that you found Mariska to be rude though. I have reviewed all of her email correspondence with you and I don't see any instance where she has been rude in her communications with you. I believe your dissatisfaction is due to the fact that the dinner cruise which you requested to be booked prior to departure was not refundable when you decided to cancel this at short notice whilst on the tour. I can see that Mariska did advise you of this and that you responded stating that we were unprofessional for not providing you with a refund for this. Unfortunately when options are cancelled with short notice such as this, we have at that point already confirmed all local arrangements which are non-refundable by the service providers.
Again I am pleased to hear that you enjoyed the tour.
