I did not understand why a request for me to Comment on service for my holiday when you knew it was cancelled. So my rating was because you wanted a comment on a non event. I am always happy with Your service or I would not come back to you again! As this holiday was the first one I would have had on my own as I had recently lost my husband.

You are still advertising the marina suites have chairs in the shower I found out from Holly this was not the case and she told me that the advert was misleading and if I needed a chair I would have to have pay extra. I have decided to use a plastic chair which I'm sure I will find the apartment Holly I did say she was going to report the misleading part of the advert but looking today it is the same. As I am sure you're aware it does make a great deal of difference whether the shower is suitable My problem if I cannot stand for long periods of time so I only need a chair or stool to sit on while having having a shower Many thanks Penny Cruden
