Great for senior hires. Not so good on junior hires
I’ve worked with EMR for a number of years. They have some very experienced recruiters if you are hiring senior candidates. I don’t rate their junior recruiters at all.

Great candidate, but poor communication
EMR did find us a really great candidate, but the communication from the different recruiters was really poor and confusing, and I often had to chase them on a candidate as they wouldn't follow up...
