Very helpful over the phone when I had a query on delivery. Very nice people to deal with. Would suggest adding the option to collect when ordering online.
I have sent them a e-mail complaining but they have not had the decency to reply, the delivery service was bad, I was promised delivery Tuesday I waited in all day it did not arrive I phoned to query...

I am really sorry to hear that the service from the courier company was not to the standard that we expect and that due to their poor communication you have been inconvenienced and did not get your wine in time. This is really disappointing.
I was not aware, until we received your feedback via Feefo, that there had been an problem with the delivery. After my colleague David had spoken on Monday to confirm the postcode we expected everything to be in order.
Please be assured that we will use your feedback in our regular service review conversations with our courier firm. We welcome constructive customer feedback as it allows us to shape and improve the service we offer and that of the companies we deal with.
There must have been an issue with our e-mail as we never received the e-mail that you referenced sending in the feedback note. I am sorry that this did not come through and you did not get a reply from us until now.
I have tried to call you this afternoon to apologise for the poor service and left a message confirming I would send an e-mail.
