The wine we wanted had to be ordered by phone. I was dealt with courteously, helpfully and promptly. The wine was dispatched the same day in packaging that protected it extremely well.

The service is very good. My item arrived in a couple if days.
Very happy with product and the packaging. However when the courier tried to deliver we were out so they left the package on our driveway. Thankfully a kind neighbour took the package in for us.
