Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. Unfortunately due to unexpected delays the courier was unable to deliver your items on the 22nd January. The alternative suggested date was a 15 minute window, which is simply not possible for most couriers carrying pallet-ed goods. When the item was delivered we were very appreciative that you attended so quickly as the driver was mistakenly a few houses down the road, but with great communication they made the delivery and went above and beyond by helping you unload the pallet into your garage. Unfortunately it seems that the top to the desk had been damaged during transit which we have organised a replacement as well as further discounting your original order for the inconvenience. We are very sorry that the experience with the delivery and the unforeseen damage did not match your expectations, and hope that despite the challenges you are happy with your new furniture.
