Hello David, I have to say this is a real bone of contention with us we don't understand why there should be such drastically different prices for exactly the same fan. We actually have to buy the fans at different rates so we dont make any more money out of it. We are guilty of picking and sending you the wrong fan though my system tells me we have now supplied you a "badgeless" fan have you not received it? Kind Regards, Allan

We have experienced a very busy heating season this year at that time we had a backlog of pallets, hence the delay in getting your storage heater too you. Good Morning Gail, I am really sorry to hear this we had the wrong bricks delivered by the manufacturer they should have been checked so it really is no excuse. I am also told we had a different driver on that day and there was a breakdown in communication. If you still have the bricks i will be happy to send someone to collect them?
