You managed to sort the package that I wanted, but the standard of the provision was only average - definitely not 5 star as advertised.

Ship in real need of a refurnish and badly upgraded.
The only main issue was that the ship was in real need of some upgrading. As it was very dirty looking and showing its age. It was really the staff that made it very enjoyable as we travel ...
