Hi Natalie. Thanks for your review. Please note that your order has not been dispatched yet. This is because you two pre-order products that weren't in stock. We do mark all our pre-order items clearly with a PRE-ORDER button and details relating to the expected dispatch date on the product page. All PRE-ORDER items are also contained in our PRE-ORDER collection. The good news is that these items were received at our warehouse late last night (too late to be dispatched) and will be going out to our pre-order customers today.
