Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback, and we are really sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the service you had received. We can see that you placed an order for an EX3 on the 17th January, with an expected delivery date within 10 - 14 working days. Whilst the banner at the top of the website advises that our delivery lead-time is 3 - 5 working days, the product page for the EX3 clearly stated that it is was on back order with a delivery lead-time of 10 - 14 working days. The messaging had been in place since the 13th January. We are sorry if the messaging was not clear enough, and we have provided feedback to the team who looks after this. We are sorry that your order took longer to deliver than our advertised lead time. Due to the popularity of this product, the EX3 had gone onto back order. Hi there, We are so sorry that your order was delayed. Having checked your order, I can see that it was placed on 16 December to an offshore location. which can take up to 14 working days. However, due to the Festive breaks, this caused a delay to your order being delivered. In addition, due to unforeseen circumstances with our offshore delivery provider, a further delay was caused. Having reviewed your order, I can see that it was placed on 28 December and whilst our delivery lead-time is 3 - 5 working days, due to the Bank Holidays over the Festive periods, this did mean that deliveries would take a little longer. Our delivery provider have advised that they completed your delivery at 7:23am this morning. It would be great to know how you find the EX5s once you have been able to assemble it.
