Firstly, apologies for the cancellation of your holiday, we will be sure to feed back this information to the team dealing with that specifically in terms of trying to make customers aware sooner. We hope that we will not have to make any change to your holiday, but we sometimes do need to make changes when it is beyond our control. It's a term of your booking that we are able to make such changes, and if we can't provide an alternative at the same cost then we cancel your holiday and provide you with a refund.
