Hi Charlene, I have emailed you personally regarding your order as I can see you have tried to order a bespoke label which we cannot produce via the website. As I have discussed this with you on a previous order you made last year I would be very grateful if you would reconsider your review.

The dimensions of the iron-on label as advised on our website is: 2.65 x 1.2 cm You have both first and surname on one line rather than two which will reduce the size of the text in-order to make it fit.
