I think I’ve already covered that in my previous comments. I think more care should be given when transposing the address from the original request form to the dispatch order.

All of the information completed on our website by customers for the entire order, including the billing and delivery address, is automatically downloaded to our production system which we do not and cannot edit during that particular process. Unfortunately, your address for billing and delivery were incomplete. We do rely on our customers to check this before checking out and to check the order confirmation which is emailed after the checkout process.
