Thank you for your feedback on your recent purchase from Easy Gloves. I was really disappointed to read that your order had not been received within a reasonable timescale. We do use third party couriers and unfortunately they do not automatically keep us updated with misrouted/delayed consignments and we generally only become aware of such situations when a customer contacts us directly. Fortunately this does not happen too often. I personally picked up your email sent on the 13/10/25 to advise us that your order had not been received and i responded immediately to advise i would resend your gloves out that day for delivery within 2 days. I can see that these were delivered the next day 14/10/25 @ 13.47 . I hope these have been received in good order and everything is as it should be. However if you have any further queries regarding this order please do contact me directly and i will be more than happy to help. Thank you for your valued custom.
