Thank you for your email and for taking the time to provide us with feedback. I understand you spoke with a member of our team and were advised that your delegates had received their delegate information forms two days prior to the course start date. Delegates are required to personally sign these, which is why they are sent directly and not the person who books the training. When you called our office to request copies, these were emailed whilst you were on the phone to ensure receipt. We apologise for the inconvenience caused by the late notice of the cancellation. One of our training partners made us aware on Friday that the trainer was unwell and therefore the course could not go ahead. Our sales team contacted you to discuss alternative dates, including one for the same training dates at an alternative venue, we understand this was not suitable; therefore, a refund was processed immediately, and an email was sent to yourself confirming this. As we partner with over 350 centres nationwide, we always provide a suitable alternative when unexpected events occur which prevent training courses from being able to run.
