Although I had to write an email to ask when it was to be delivered and at what time, it was delivered at the specified time which they informed me and it was good service.

Ordering was easy and quick although because I was not at home, the parcel went back to the post office which was a big inconvenience as it is 12 miles away. Not really your fault.
