My car was supposed to be a certified pre-owned vehicle; but the tire kept going low on air and instead of replacing it, it was welded, several body panels under the vehicle were either missing or broken and had to be replaced, the check engine light came on several times a week and I had to pay out over $1500.00 to repair all that damage. They held my car tags until I payed $85.00 for some fee even though I told them about all the money I had to pay out and I still haven't been compensated for all the money I had to pay just to make the car safe.

I was promised a "Second" remote key for my new car but never received any follow up nor the key. No one has contacted me after I was promised by Johnathan. I have several referrals for numerous customers want to purchase new cars. Hopefully,.... Eastern Motors will step up to the plate on following through on promises.
