Thank you for your feedback. Our apologies for the inconvenience caused to you regarding delivery. Unfortunately that Friday our lorry was caught in a lot of unexpeted traffic throughout the day which caused it to be delayed and ultimately for our driver to run out of his allowed driving time, hence why we were forced to make your delivery first thing on the following Monday morning. We apologise if we did not communicate the status of your delivery as often as we should have and once again apologise for any inconvenience caused.

We apologise for the delay and inconvenience caused with your delivery, this is clearly not the level of service we aim to provide customers and as way of an apology we have emailed you with details of a refund which we hope goes some way to make up for the poor delivery experience you encountered on this occasion.

Hi Alan. We're sorry that you encountered these issues with delivery. However, as per our delivery details on the website and in the order confirmation email, all deliveries are only guaranteed to be made to the kerbside.

Any delivery instructions that are provided by our customers are given to our 3rd party courier to follow. In some cases the delivery cannot always be conducted exactly to these instructions due to restrictions the driver may face with access and due to the size and weight of the bulk bags. These weigh up to a tonne dependent on the product being shipped and therefore cannot be pulled over kerbs or across grass or gravel on the pallet trolleys used by pallet delivery services.

We apologise for the fact your delivery could not be offloaded due to the damaged pallet and have asked the delivery company why the re-delivery was completed on an artic as this is not standard practice.
