Thank you for your feedback I am delighted that you are happy with the product and that we exceeded your expectations regarding delivery time.
We do make it clear on our order acknowledgements that deliveries cannot be made to unattended addresses as goods cannot be left without a signature. We also advised the factory that a phone call prior to delivery would be useful, however this cannot be guaranteed by all delivery drivers.
