Very helpful contact with one (consistent) person when I phoned to ask about delivery times .. she followed through v efficiently to process my order and get it to me in good time for my deadline.

Thank you for your feedback. Whilst the vast majority of spare parts are despatched from our UK warehouse, occasionally we'll have to ship directly from RABO in Denmark. We aim to be as clear as possible on expected lead times at the time of order placement. Great to hear you're happy with the spares support.

Thankyou for your reply. Just to make it clear I was told it would be a 2 weeks wait and it was. I doubt you had to order a couple of washers and a split pin from Denmark but if you have done this then the prices are even better than I first thought. Overall I am happy and would 100% order from you again.
