Thank you for your feedback Maura. We did our best to arrange the return of the unwanted item for you as quickly as possible. The cost of the return was based on the size and weight of the product and was the lowest price available. We did discuss this with you at the time. Apologies if this was not made clear to you.

We were happy that everything arrived at the promised time. We had some other queries which were sorted out immediately . Everyone was very polite and professional.
Gave them specific dates to deliver which they ignored.
