As a car rental booking agent, we have tremendous buying power making the rates that we offer for rentals with our suppliers lower than the rates that you would receive when reserving with them directly.
While we endeavour to set up our emails for safe delivery, we cannot ensure that our emails are delivered to your inbox - which unfortunately happened in this case. Following your feedback, our IT Team has made amendments to our e-mail processing server in our efforts to totally eradicate these instances.
