Having reviewed our file I can see that we regularly spoke with yourself regarding the changes needed to be made to your policy in the run up to your renewal. I can see that there was a slight delay with the insurer amending the policy documents for you which was out of our control, however due to this delay as a gesture of goodwill we offered a discount on your renewal premium which you were subsequently happy to renew.
