Unproffessional. Did not communacate well. Did not tell us we needed an EPC so sale was held up. Wrong name on contract
Over priced and inefficient.

Do not use this estate estate unless you want to be ripped off and have nothing but stress and hassle. Terrible service. Have warned other people to steer clear of these money grabbing liars

Need to communicate better
Thought the whole experienced overall wasn't to bad. Although they found me a buyer in a short space of time, I found that the communication was poor. I Kept having to chase them for information.
