Although we're not happy to hear negative feedback it does give us the opportunity to learn and improve.  Very quickly to address your concerns please.  As you know, the owner of another insulation company referred us to this particular project.  Unfortunately this individual was leading the whole operation from the bidding of it through completion and it appears that on both ends we all found this to be frustrating.  Regrettably, the diesel truck had mechanical concerns that had to be addressed in order to perform your work as we would feel uncomfortable chancing issues at a job site and inconveniencing any client.  Unfortunately trades for new construction and major renovations are pushed back all too often from numerous other trades for a multitude of scenarios.  As we know all too well how much it hurts our schedule and other clients to be pushed back by other trades preceding us, we try out hardest not to effect other tradesman following us.  As distasteful as the situation was we did learn a great deal from having a colleague in the industry lead a project for us and the truck has been thankfully fixed and running smoothly.  We apologize for the inconvenience and sincerely hope the remainder of your project runs smoothly.

First, not only have you been an important client for several years but, of course, a very approachable and enjoyable client to work with as well.  Admittedly, as awesome as *Personal Details removed by Feefo* is at carpentry work, as this has been a long time passion of his, he was never-the-less relatively new at Magnetite installations.  Hence the lack of prep and required adjustments after the fact.   I'd like to call you this week and see what other remedies are required.  You've been a trusting client too long to not address concerns..  Either way, without the feedback, we wouldn't know.  And, I'd prefer to know than not know.
