Thanks for your feedback. This is our busiest time of year and therefore tickets are reaching our customers 7-10 days before departure at present. Regarding the airport check in, this is not something we have been made aware of by yourself and is therefore the first we have heard about this? If the address and postcode is requested more than 14 weeks before the departure date than unfortunately, we cannot always give out the information due to data protection as many of our properties are privately own however, in this instance, my understanding is that the address and postcode was given to you when you phoned and requested the information. We do not hide the fact that we are a booking agent and therefore do charge a booking fee due to the time and work involved in finding the perfect holiday for our customers and their needs. Thanks for taking the time to leave your comments. I am so sorry to read that you were not completely satisfied with your experience. Having looked into this, I can see that you called on a few occasions with queries and there are notes on the file advising that they were answered there and then i.e. medication on board. There is also an email thread regarding your airport assistance, as unfortunately this was filled in incorrectly originally and therefore Sarah had to resend the form for you to complete and return again and once we had received this, they were passed on to the airline.
