Thank you very much for your feedback. I have looked into this for you and have also spoken with the florist. We are sorry to see you were disappointed with the flowers delivered however we can confirm that the florist has delivered the item as ordered and shown on the website. The product description is 15 red roses and 15 orange roses and this is what the recipient received.
