We received the following reply from The Flower Shop in Malta as they felt the negative review was unfair.
"We don’t usually respond to the few negative markings on our website, but yours is so unfair that we couldn't ignore. The order requested we call the recipient before making delivery, which we did. Recipient requested PM delivery on 13th and this delivery time was met. We are sorry to receive a negative review and cannot understand why you would choose to review us negatively for meeting the requirements of your order."
You should NOT annoy your customers by sending promotional emails and ignoring multiple requests to not do it.
