There were some challenges in delivering the flowers and chokolate, but they manage to deliver anyways amd have provided a good service. I would feel safe choosing them again.
Mrs Morris, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you were disappointed with the service and we have been in touch with the florist to look into this for you. They have advised that they attempted to call the recipient several times throughout the day however they could not get a response. They finally managed to reach the recipient the following morning and then completed the delivery. It is their policy that they have to ensure the recipient is home before they can deliver.
