Order didn't arrived on time, received email from sales team regarding carriage refund on 8th after that call 4 times and didn't get refund until 22nd. Really poor customer service.

Poor service as I paid next day delivery, but was not delivery next day. I had to call three times in two days and did not refund the delivery charge for me. Very disappointing for it this time.

Boxes were good value for money and just what I needed although I expected them to all arrive together and I'm still waiting on the 2nd lot with no idea of when they will show up.
