As discussed, the frame kit is a bespoke item and is cut to size upon receipt of order. This is stated on our website and you have to tick the box confirming you are happy to proceed with this. Hello, Firstly, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I am sorry you were not happy with the product. I have had a look into this and can see it is clearly stated on the Installation PDF regarding the 141 either end of the track however, this is for a track length of 1500mm. The track you have on the sale was 1830mm in length and this would have 103mm either end as shown in the PDF instructions.
