Excellent service .. all done in initial phone consultation .. and follow up call .. Peace of mind that my funeral arrangements are paid up .. All the paperwork of agreement and details arrived...
The process was uncomplicated, which was a big relief as it was quite a big thing to do when planning it for my partner who has dementia and could not do it for himself.
