Absolutely awful. Save your money book elsewhere
Absolutely awful. Inputted 4 passengers into the website it only recorded 2. You can’t amend online so they charge you £50 admin fee, then close on the weekend and when open on the Monday change the...

We regret you find it neccessary to review our service as 1 star in relation to your booking since we do not find that we were in any way at fault. Our IT team looked into your booking session and we can confirm with confidence that you initially searched for 2 rooms and 2 passengers in total (not for 4 passengers) and booked it that way. There will therefore be valid charges to amend as has been quoted to you. We are sorry that your mistake has proven costly on this occasion but our team has dealt with the matter correctly.
