This matter is being handled by our admin manager who is in contact with the the client. The client is aware of the issues and the time frames in which we have to work with our suppliers for whom we act only as agents. Whilst we appreciate the client's patience we do believe that we have endeavoured to update her at every opportunity and regret that this is not acceptable. However, the matter is being addressed and we trust will be resolved shortly.

I'm sorry but you have not endeavoured to update me. I have had to call every single time or email to chase the situation up. I have a trace of emails with no responses and a list of all calls I have made to you. The only reason I have cancelled the holiday is due to not being updated with any information and never getting any response on what's going on with my holiday.
