We sympathise with your oversight when booking online but this review is not accurate. The offer clearly states in the advertising that it is only included where specifically stated within the room type description. You selected a room type where this was not stated and therefore it was not to be provided. Such special offers are created by the hotels and subject their conditions over which we have no control. Allowing for the resort time difference, you were responded to in just over and also in under 24 hours each time you emailed our team. The quote to upgrade to include this was provided in just over 48 hours and we are sorry this is deemed by you as unhelpful.

Thanks for your response however, you are factually incorrect both myself and the Habtoor tried to contact you on several occasions and were greeted with a customer service is impacted due to C19 message. Perhaps you should amend the black writing on the main advertisement to reflect what is actually included, just providing objective feedback so others are not affected.

Since we deal via a supplier and not direct with the hotel, we have been factually correct.
It would seem that the hotel and yourself were contacting us via normal channels which are out of service. We have a dedicated in resort 24/7/365 emergency telephone number that was provided to you for such purpose and we regret was overlooked. We thank you for your feedback and will monitor should there be misunderstanding by other customers as a result of how the offer is presented.

Destination 2 have always been an excellent company to use especially Kirsty Fox our contact she has always gone that extra bit to help us find the most suitable hotel for us as we are quite fussy 😱

Super easy to book online and a good competitive price.
