I have booked many times with Destination2 and I have found them to be very competitive and very helpful each time I have spoken with them. I would recommend them.

Mr Wiles we are sorry you were unable to travel but the hotel are still entitled to charge where you are within their cancelation period and your travel insurance are with whom you should address reclaim of your losses. We are disappointed that you found our service lacking when all that has been done is to direct you accordingly in accordance with the policy and booking terms and conditions.

Don’t tell me I have 3 options
As I said everyone has a decent fair Covid19 policy
But not you, the resort is 3 star at best not 5 substandard service short staffed, very dirty, you should know your resorts
