First Class Service

Gary this is not giving the facts. You booked online and accepted our booking terms and conditions giving details in the event of cancelation. You made the booking and canceled so are subject to those terms and conditions. A cancelation invoice can be sent for insurance claim which will be the case if you wish to recover money. It is unreasonable to expect refund from the hotel/supplier so close to departure when customers are expected to have insurance that covers them, which is also a condition of the contract you agreed to. We do not rob people. As explained during the online booking process, when you book we have to commit to paying the hotel/supplier to adhere to contracts. We are sorry you take this view and have overlooked relevant clauses when placing your booking.
