Mr Bapu you have not been charged more than the online price agreed and stated if you can please check your order summary. All that happened was the administration in the secondary booking system was not completed and we initially took a lesser amount from you which then needed the balance paying by you to reach the agreed price. We hope that this explanation may result in you revising this review once you verify this is an accurate response about what happened and is not that we charged more than your original online order.

Visit family
We needed to book a short trip to visit family and was able to do this and had confirmation by email automatically.
