The resolution required my continued follow-up - apparently the order would never have been reissued and delivered had I not followed up. Satisfied but not thrilled. Next time I will select a more reliable vendor.
Love my new linen table cloth and napkins! The chartreuse color is a fresh, canvas for spring colors. The linen is light and lovely.
