Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your throw. The blanket however is a lightweight merino throw, and not intended to be used as a replacement for a quilt. Whilst this particular product is one of our lighter throws, we do sell thicker blankets, although any throw would not be recommended as alternatives to quilts, but are intended to be used in addition, for decoration. The pattern on the Olsson blanket is displayed on each side however differs in tone on the back, because of the reverse. This is a deliberate effect, and not a fault with the blanket. We will however look towards making this known on our website that this is a lightweight product. Designers Guild continues to use the finest quality materials for their products, and undergo rigorous quality control and product development, in order to ensure that we are fully satisfied with our products before they are available for sale.

Our shops run independently to our website, and whilst our prices are usually consistent, sometimes during the sale, these prices may vary, according to the wishes of the shop management. We will however, always match any shop price to our website, and will always refund the difference for this.
