It is our policy to always, where possible; issue a replacement for missing goods in the unlikely event that an item should go awry. Unfortunately, on this occasion, we had no stock left of the item to be able to issue a replacement and the item had been discontinued. As a result, we were unfortunately unable to issue a replacement and instead issued an immediate refund.
