The Battista range is a 200 thread count cotton percale, and is therefore intrinsically designed to offer a crisp feel and appearance. Designers Guild however continues to use the finest quality materials for our products; we are therefore sorry to learn that on this occasion you are dissatisfied with our bed linen. Because of the high quality of the cotton we use, our linens do require ironing and care instructions for this are available on our website. We are sorry however that this was not made clearer and we will endeavour to ensure that this is more explicit in the future.
